SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are shipped using USPS.

Estimated standard processing time for an order is 1-5 business days.

Estimated processing time during a Sale or Promotion is up to 14 business days.

Order Processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, cancellations and changes are prohibited. 

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed or shipped the next business day.

To prevent fraud, shipping and billing address MUST match your debit/credit card that you use at checkout. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of your order. 

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This includes, but isn't limited to fraudulent disputes and chargebacks. 

No address changes can be made once your order has been placed. Please ensure that you have entered the correct address, phone number, email, and any additional shipping information such as apartment numbers, etc.

NO P.O. Boxes

ALL orders will require a signature and must be signed for. If you will not be home on the expected arrival day/time, call USPS and request to have your package held at your nearby shipping location (provided by shipping carrier).

No refunds will be issued for refused/abandoned/stolen packages.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure he or she enters the correct address. Failure to do so could result in a "Returned to Sender" confirmation that will be stated on your tracking information. We are unable to replace or reship the items until the package is returned to us. If/when we get the package, you can request to get it reshipped using the correct address after paying for the shipping fees to reship the order. However, please note that we can not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of reordering. 

We are not responsible for any hair appointment cancellations or delays. We advise that you do not schedule any hair appointment until you have received your hair. 

Once your package is received by the shipping carrier (USPS), we are NO longer responsible or liable for it. We do not offer any refunds for shipping delays. If you have any questions about your package, please contact your local USPS. 

REFUND POLICY

All sales are FINAL.

There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns allowed.

Once your order is placed, no cancellations can be made.
